Children's Party Packages

We have two birthday packages on offer at Bourbons Coffee Shop that caters for children of all ages.

Below is all the details of what is included in each package and the price per child.

We can also add a birthday cake on for an additional £15.00.

Build Your Own Party

Mad Hatters Tea Party

This party is designed around you and your child.
You can choose what is included in this party package and we will try to base it around the theme of your choice (as best as possible)

This party is about celebrating in style with a quirky wonderland twist.

Each child gets a tea party themed activity sheet, their own porcelain mug to decorate as well as their own cupcake.

£10 per Child

Add Ceramic/Porcelain Activity
(This can range from a money box to a cup. We will confirm item before finalising)

Add Party Bags
(This will contain 3-4 items. This can range from mini toys, activities & sweets)
£3.50 per Child

(This could be a mask, keyring or magnet like object. We will confirm item before finalising)
£1.50 per child

Add Sand Art/Make Your Own Bear Activity

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the party up until 2 weeks before the day and still receive your deposit back in full. After that point if you cancel you will be unable to receive your deposit back due to the purchase of goods to cater for the event.

Deposit

A 50% deposit will be required to confirm the booking whilst the remaining balance must be settled 48 hours before the party date. The deposit will need to be paid within 48 hours of the booking date to secure the booking.

Booking

Below are the forms for you to fill out if you wish to book a children's party package with us.
If you wish to have exclusive use of the venue for your party, please state in the comment box at the bottom of the form (An additional charge may apply for this. Any in store events booked on a Sunday will have automatic exclusive use of the venue and services)
Times and dates may vary depending on the day you are looking at having the party.
We aim for mornings (before 12pm) and late afternoons (after 3pm) at weekends due to lunchtime being a busy time.
Midweeks are more flexible for times.
Cheques will not be accepted in payment for the party.
We will also consider altering our opening times to accommodate where necessary.
